Notice for applicants holding French passport

According to the requirements by the Chinese Embassy. Applicants holding French passport should abide by the followings from 17th May  2010:

1. In person.

2. Finger prints verification.

3. Allowed only 4 working days to process ("normal" service).

4. For tourist and family visit visa (L-Visa), applicant should provide

i）The original and a photocopy of passport, a valid Singapore permit(WP/PR/P1/P2/EP/STP/SVP/DP etc.) or Embarkation card；

ii）Round-trip airline tickets /Flight Itinerary, Hotel reservation(s)；

iii）A recent 3 months bank statements；

iv）our counter officer may require an original insurance policy for case to case basis.

5. For business visa (F-Visa),applicant should provide the above documents and

i）An original "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" issued by an authorized unit in China ( a "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized" and "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" refers to the documents issued by the Chinese government department companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. For detailed information, please consult the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality under the Central government where your host is located.)

ii）An original Invitation Letter from the Chinese company or original dispatch letter from local company.
